The client wished to create a single storey extension to the rear of the property, which would include a combined living/kitchen/dining space. 

​

We assisted the client through the design process by exploring a number of design solution to assist him in ascertaining which worked best for his budget. It was an interesting project being situated adjacent to the railway line and we ensured that the relevant authorities were informed and the necessary approvals acquired as part of the planning process.

The sleek white rendered flat roof extension provides a contemporary design solution which we are very proud of.
